## Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within **15 days** of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
* Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
* In original condition with all tags attached
* Returned in the original packaging
Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, or strong scents (such as perfume) will not be accepted.
Personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

## Return Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@aimehusson.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

## Refunds
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been **received, inspected, and approved**.
Once approved, refunds are processed within **5–7 business days** to the original payment method.
Please note:
* Original shipping costs are non-refundable
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

## Store Credit & Exchanges
We encourage customers to choose **store credit**, which can be used immediately for a new order or saved for future purchases.
To exchange an item:
1. Contact us via email
2. Request store credit
3. Place a new order using your credit
This ensures the fastest possible processing time.

## Shipping & Return Fees
We offer free shipping on most orders.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

## Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotions may be eligible for **store credit only** and are not refundable to the original payment method.

## Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected or cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us.
* This does **not** qualify as a valid return
* Reshipping is available for a €25 fee
* Refunds will not be issued unless approved via email

## Delivery & Responsibility
Orders marked as **delivered by the carrier** are considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

## Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Failure to follow our return process may result in your claim being denied.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback where the customer has not complied with our policy.

## Klarna Payments
For payments made via Klarna, disputes are handled directly through Klarna.
Customers are still required to follow our return process and return the item where applicable.
